He is a dedicated insurance, wealth solutions and group benefits advisor. A graduate of the University of Huntsville in Alabama, Matt played Division I NCAA hockey while earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Following his education, Matt began his career as an advisor at a leading Canadian financial services company. Matt’s diverse client base is a testament to his commitment to customer service excellence.

Her past experience working in the medical data and medical administration field has equipped her with the operational skills needed to serve our diverse client base.  Above all, Andrea is skilled at creating unparalleled client experiences and ensuring that client satisfaction remains a top priority for Harbr Financial Group. Her proficiency in streamlining processes and ensuring operational efficiency is instrumental in driving Harbr’s business success, as well as the success of our clients. During her time away from work, Andrea enjoys spending time with her young family.

With a solid foundation in both administration and accounting, Mia seamlessly manages tasks from scheduling to financial record-keeping. Before joining Harbr Financial Group Mia worked as a book keeper and scheduling coordinator within the fast-paced landscape and construction industries.
Mia recently graduated from Fleming College (2023), earning a degree in Business Accounting.
Outside of work, Mia enjoys spending quality time with her young family.

She joined the team at Harbr Financial Group in 2021 after completing both her RIBO and LLQP licenses. When she’s not in the office, Fatima is an active member of the community and volunteers her time at the local Portuguese cultural club where she teaches traditional folk dancing to youth. She also enjoys travelling with her young family.
